My Coaching philosophy and approach
I’ve been involved in the world of Learning & Development at a corporate level for about 30 years.
I’m an enthusiastic, optimistic, passionate individual and I love engaging and interacting with people and specifically helping them to develop and grow.
I really get a kick and a tremendous sense of satisfaction when I’ve helped someone and can see the “Aha” moment happening for them.
Coaching Experience and services:
I’ve completed the Integral Coaching Programme (ICP) with the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2012 and have over the last few years coached a number of people in the banking industry and in other industries.
I’m working towards obtaining my required coaching hours, so that in future, I can also register with the International Coaching
Federation (ICF).
I have to date completed approximately 60 hours of coaching.
I offer individual one on one coaching services to help you move forward and achieve you personal goals
Training services:
– I curate learning content and design and develop
learning courses
– I deliver and facilitate great learning experiences i.e. Customer Service, Sales training, Management training , Communication skills, Emotional Intelligence, etc.
– I do professional audio voice-overs in both English
and Portuguese
